If, for any reason, the Item you received is defective or damaged We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • You must have a Receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Item you recieved is damage or defective.
  • Change of mind is not applicable.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, worn and used, or where the date of expiry is over.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We will generate a return shipping label and instruct you where and when to send the product.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address}

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
