  2. When your order is shipped you will receive another email about exact delivery dates and tracking details (with link to track your order).

No its not possible because our all products are handmade, our crafters start making product on receiving order.

Shipping

We are offering free shipment services to all over the world.

Currently we are shipping all over the world.

Yes you can change but you have to contact us before your order has been shipped after that it’s not possible for us to change your shipment address.

  1. Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 3-5 business days to process it for delivery.
  2. Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days.

Returns

We do accept returns that meet all the following conditions:

  1. Product you receive is damaged or defected.
  2. Product must be bought from our store.
  3. The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of the order being shipped.

No, buyer have to pay the shipment charges. We will generate a shipping label for you to print and use once you begin the return process.

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange, or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
